These terms govern your use of the GAWGAP store and your purchase of GAWGAP products. By placing an order you agree to them.
These terms are offered by GAWGAP LLC, 1050 Lakes Dr Ste 225, West Covina, California 91790, and are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Products & pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. We currently ship to the United States only. We work hard to keep listings accurate; if we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to buy, accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment providers. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or stock errors); if we do, you receive a full and prompt refund.
Shipping
Shipping is free and tracked. Orders ship within 1–2 business days from California via UPS; delivery takes 1–2 business days in California and 2–5 business days elsewhere in the US. Full details are in Shipping & returns.
90-night trial & returns
Every device comes with a 90-night money-back trial, starting the day your order is delivered. The plain-English terms — who pays return postage and how fast refunds land — are in Shipping & returns.
Warranty
GAWGAP devices carry a 2-year limited warranty. See the Warranty page for what is covered and how to claim.
Safety & medical disclaimer
GAWGAP is a home-use IPL device for cosmetic hair reduction. It is not a medical device in the treatment sense, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Results vary by individual, skin tone, and hair colour. Read the quick-start guide before first use, and talk to your physician first if you are pregnant or nursing, photosensitive, taking photosensitizing medication, or have a skin condition. Do not use on very dark skin tones, tattoos, or around the eyes. Avoid direct sun exposure on treated areas immediately after each session.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, and branding — belongs to GAWGAP and may not be reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
