2-Year Limited Warranty
Effective July 6, 2026
Every GAWGAP device is covered for two years from the day it is delivered. If it stops working properly under normal use, we make it right — repair, replacement, or refund, our choice, at no cost to you.
What is covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use.
- Lamp or flash failure before the rated 999,900 flashes.
- Buttons, display, or cooling that stop functioning.
- The included AC adapter.
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, water, or misuse contrary to the quick-start guide.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
- Devices opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than us.
- Normal consumables and results-related dissatisfaction (that is what the 90-night trial is for).
How to claim
- Email support@gawgap.com with your order number, a short description of the fault, and a photo or video.
- We reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). If the fault is confirmed, we send a prepaid shipping label — warranty shipping is on us, both ways.
- We repair or replace the device, or refund you if neither is practical, within 10 business days of receiving it.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights under California law and the U.S. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
